Samartha Sadguru Sri Sri Sri Hanumath Kali Vara Prasad Babuji Maharaj, an enlightened Rajarishi and a staunch advocate of Raja Yoga, has graced the world with his divine presence through Sri Babu Vignana Mandir in Sri Kali Gardens.

Though Sri Babuji never formally embraced the traditional Sanyasa Ashram, he was, in the truest sense, a Sanyasi—one who shattered the shackles of mortal bondage and attained supreme bliss (Nirvikalpa Samadhi) even in his childhood. His very presence transformed the Ashram into a perennial fountainhead of spiritual knowledge, where devotees from all walks of life come to seek his grace, wisdom, and guidance.

At the core of Sri Kali Gardens Ashram is Sri Babu Vignana Mandir, the sacred cottage of Sri Babuji, where divine knowledge continuously flows, rejuvenating the hearts and minds of spiritual aspirants. The Ashram fosters an inclusive spiritual community, transcending all barriers of caste, creed, or gender, and promotes the path of Advaita (non-dualism) blended harmoniously with Bhakti (devotion).
Sri Babuji’s Global Spiritual Mission
Although Sri Babuji was initially averse to publicity, allowing only a few select seekers to have his darshan, his ever-growing number of devotees yearned for his divine presence and guidance. In response to their heartfelt pleas, Sri Babuji agreed to make himself accessible to the world, leading to the establishment of the ashram.
Sri Babuji’s compassion and teachings were not limited to the ashram alone. He travelled extensively across India and many countries worldwide, including the U.S., U.K., West Indies, and France, delivering profound spiritual discourses and guiding seekers toward their inner awakening. His divine mission continues to illuminate lives across the globe, inspiring countless individuals to walk the path of righteousness, devotion, and self-realization.

Sri Brindavanam Temple constructed at the Samadhi place of Sri Babuji (Inaugurated on 4-5-1995, Shankar Jayanthi Day) after He shed His mortal form on the evening of 3rd December 1988, the new moon Dasami Day in the month of Karthika, became a center of pilgrimage for those seeking peace and solace.

All the devotees decided to bring up a befitting mandir there and thus came up the “Brindavanam”, a beautiful and monumental mandir of marvelous sculpture in milky marble. A marble idol of Sri Babu was installed in the Brindavanam on 4th May 1995. The devotees have put all their hearts and souls into the construction of the Brindavanam and the Brindavanam now occupies their hearts and souls.
In His letters to devotees Sri Babu used to sign as “Your Hridaya Babu”, meaning “the Babu in your heart”. Yes; Sri Babu continues for ever as the heart and soul of His devotees.
After Sri Babu attained mahasamadhi, a seven-day annual function of Sadguru Aradhana is being celebrated every year from the third new moon day to the tenth new moon day of the month of Karthika. Besides, Sri Sadguru pada pooja and satsang are organized on the full moon day and the tenth new moon day of every month.
